[MPlayer-dev-eng] Audio filters first design proposal

Hi,

I have had a look at your comments and are restructuring the filter
layer accordingly. I have also started to port a few of the plugins to
the new structure. I have also started to add hooks into mplayer to
run the code for real. I will soon post a new proposition, just wanted to
send of a mail to say that I haven't given up or anything like that,
just been a bit busy lately.
