[MPlayer-dev-eng] (yet) another batch of compiler warning fixes

One more thing: I'm still getting this warning:
ad_dk4adpcm.c:64: warning: implicit declaration of function `dk4_adpcm_decode_block'
I searched through all mplayer source files and there is no such function
defined or even declared:
