[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Detect "restrict" support

Hi,

the ffmpeg library now detects whether the "restrict" keyword is
available and uses it in some places. It would be nice if mplayer
could also detect it, so an ffmpeg embedded in mplayer could take
advantage of it (might also be useful for some mplayer routines).
Here's a patch for that.
