Hi.

In the latest CVS, the ao_alsa9.c looks like this:

Since HAVE_ALSA_ASOUNDLIB_H or HAVE_SYS_ASOUNDLIB_H is defined in
config.h, it is needed to include it _before_ the #ifs, or the
compiliation will fail.

So just moving #include "../config.h" above the ALSA-#ifs will solve
this problem.
