[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] svgalib termios behavior

This patch fixes the tios problem with svgalib (ICANON and ECHO remain
disabled when mplayer exits). This problem occurs because getch2
disables those, before svgalib saves the console status. 
The change in mencoder.c is necessary for linking.
