[MPlayer-dev-eng] [Patch] Subtitle documentation update and more [1/2]

Hi,

I enjoy using MPlayer for some time now, and hope I can contribute.

After trying to use subtitles for the first time today, I rewrote the 
subtitle part of documentation.html to make things clearer. 
(see attached mini-patch)

It mentions the microdvd perl script (see 2nd mail) as a way to handle 
MicroDVD subtitle files with wrong fps.
