Only in decoding, not for encoding (at least in my first tests,
all entries in the "extensions"-structure of encParam were ignored.)
Same with Quarter-Pel, Global motion compensation etc. 

Also, the decoder does NOT delay the second video frame by 1 anymore if
the input video is without B-Frames (last version of decoder did).
