[MPlayer-dev-eng] A little man page update

Hi,

I had a look to the mplayer man page after adding the new js-dev option and found
some inacurrencies. Here is a little patch that :

Remove -conf and -config (they don't exist).
Add the new js-dev option.
Tell that the slave mode command list is the commands to use when new input is
disabled.

Beside this imo the man page should say when an option is global (or is it obvious ?)
and perhaps that -dvd, -vcd, -tv on and -playlist are like filenames (options putted after
these are specific).
