[MPlayer-dev-eng] mecoder w/multiple audio tracks

Hi Arpi,

could you add support to mencoder to multiplex multiple audiotrakcs with an 
avi, at least in copy mode?
So let's say pass one we create frameno.avi with dvd audio 128, pass 2 use 
current frameno.avi and add dvd audio 129, then in pass 3 and 4 take 
suggested bitrate for video encoding and copy audiotrakcs from frameno.avi.

Btw. you need to aso remove 4MV flag when HQ flag is not used with mencoder, 
as qpel is only supported in hq mode (libavcodec).
