[MPlayer-dev-eng] [SCRIPT] mencvcd v0.1.2: new improved version

Hello together,

new improved version of my mencvcd script is here, it now handles:

+ resampling of audio correctly (have to save temporarly the whole wav file 
  and then compress it to mp2/mp3)
+ support of mp3 audio
+ support of multiple cd images

My tests with my dvd player (hiteker he-1200) are very nice:
in mpeg1 as vcd the quality is like a VHS movie, and it support mp3 audio, so 
you can compress movies stronger... mplayer, too, can read this!

Can someone take this script and replace the old one in TOOLS dir of cvs 
mplayer?
