The patch for codecs.html I sent to the list last week.  Here is the
text for easy reference, I will gladly send the patch again if
necessary.

Hi!

I finished reworking codecs.html.  As usual I spellchecked it,
corrected the grammar and improved the wording.  I hope the confusing
DivX4/DivX5 section is understandable now, but please check that for
correctness.
