argh I mixed up libdvdcss and libdvdread :) (libdvdcss should be 0.0.3 nothing
else).
btw. I just changed my system from SuSE to RedHat and now have a very strange
problem :(
[root at astral atmosfear]# /sbin/hdparm -c1 -d1 -X34 -u1 -k1 /dev/hdb
/dev/hdb:
setting 32-bit I/O support flag to 1
setting unmaskirq to 1 (on)
setting using_dma to 1 (on)
HDIO_SET_DMA failed: Operation not permitted
setting keep_settings to 1 (on)
setting xfermode to 34 (multiword DMA mode2)
I/O support = 1 (32-bit)
unmaskirq = 1 (on)
using_dma = 0 (off)
keepsettings = 1 (on)
I don't have the slightest idea why it fails to enable DMA, it used to work
fine on SuSE (maybe because of different hdparm or kernel ver.)
