[MPlayer-dev-eng] RFC: standard naming convention for patches

Hi,

as we get quite many patches, it would be a good idea to have a standard 
naming convention for it that we could put to the docs. I would like 
something like:
  yyyymmddxx-developer-description.patch

example: 2001112901-santa-claus-mplayer-x-mas-patch-0.1.patch

This would make it much easier to see which patches are newer and in what 
order to apply them.

What do you think?
