[MPlayer-dev-eng] vo_dxr3 1.0 patch

Hi,
here is the 1.0 vo_dxr3 patch. Audio is working great, and DivX playback is 
now done using mp1e resulting in extremely fast playback (which could be 
tuned to be even faster (or higher quality)).
It uses RTE to interface with mp1e, RTE 0.4 (which doesn't include ffmpeg 
Arpi) can be downloaded from zapping.sf.net

Read DOCS/DXR3 for proper installation instructions.

To MPlayer People:
Please add this to CVS ASAP and tell me, because I'm gonna put this on the 
news page on dxr3.sf.net
