[MPlayer-dev-eng] Soundblaster Live

Hello mplayer developers:

The Project homepages has an (?) for the Soundblaster Live with Alsa. I 
tested it on my Soundblaster 5.1 Player (the same chipset as Live) and it 
worked fine. I need the option -ni to prevent loss of audio synchronisation 
when I skip chapters, fast forward or jump back.
