[MPlayer-dev-eng] AC3 surround committed

Hi,

I committed my AC3 changes.  The committed version drops the separate
ac3surround codec.  A "-channels" command line option can be used to get a
4 or 6 channel mix.

I did update DOCS/codecs.html, documentation.html, and mplayer.1 but
got a permission denied to commit those changes.
