I've been talking alot with Kuroyi, the current maintainer of the dxr3
driver. He told me he had exactly the same problem with xine, he solved
it by threading xine. It's very likely the dxr3 card has a blocking
threshold which is lower than the buffersize, we are working on figuring
out how to fetch it... The reverse engineering of the card isn't perfect
and creative can't provide docs since it isn't their card in the first
place and uses patented stuff =(
