[MPlayer-dev-eng] Routing to mplayer.dev.hu?

I'm having major troubles the last few days with reaching mplayer.dev.hu
from my home connection.  And I think I've seen others with trouble too.

I'm connected to NTL's cable modem service - (current) IP address
62.253.135.238.

Comparing traceroutes from home and work (UUNET UK), things go wrong
between c72.elte.hbone.hu and vega.hbone.elte.hu.

c72.elte.hbone.hu is 195.111.97.19, in AS1955 (Hungarian Academy of
Sciences).

vega.hbon.elte.hu is 157.181.141.2, in AS2012 (Eotvos University Network
Services Center)

So it looks like the route back to my address is not being seen in AS2012
- either this address range (NTL's cablemodem address pool) is being
filtered deliberately, or the BGP route isn't being announced by AS1955 or
accepted by AS2012 for some reason.

The address isn't in the RBL, or the RBL dialup address list.

The address is announced as part of 62.252.0.0/14 - a decent size
aggregation.  Here is how the route looks on the MAE-East looking glass:
