rte includes both mp1e and ffmpeg (unless you already knew)...
I'll convert vo_dxr3 and vo_mpegpes(?) when I get time and send in a 
patch...
or we could switch to it when we move to libvo2, because then the 
libavcodec dir could be exterminated as well ;)
