it was still messy and broken at some point, but i've applied by hand,
fixing problems and doing some cleanup...

RTC is autodetected on linux, and used if available.
-softsleep enables NOP loop to do precise delay (better than usleep but eats
some idle cpu)
-dapsync enables Dap's sync code (it limits frame delays... i see no diff here)
