[MPlayer-dev-eng] libvo2 under way

Hmm welcome in the MPlayer developer-team :)

I'm happy someone takes over libvo2 development so my first wishes would be 
to get a first minimal working libvo2 that allows to start driver 
development, because I usually get the nifty ideas and realize the needs 
while developing.
