[MPlayer-dev-eng] RGBQUADs in AVIs

Hi there,
	How are the palette entries in an AVI file stored? I thought that
it was supposed to be a series of 256 RGBQUAD entries, where each RGBQUAD
is a set of 4 bytes: Blue, green, red, and reserved correspond to bytes
0-3. In the file dance.avi available from the MPlayer FTP site, this isn't
the case. The colors are in the order red, green, blue, and the reserved
byte obviously isn't reserved (i.e., set to 0).

	Am I missing something important here? Thanks...
