Hi,

I think it's not real a bug, but it should be fixed.
I need the ability to call postprocess() with NULL for qscale array,
if no deblocking filter is used. (now it segfaults)
why? i want to add deinterlacing support for codecs with no qscale exported,
or for not-really-codecs like TV-input.

the other thing. it should compile if HAVE_ODIVX_POSTPROCESS not defined.
now it faults, as string->ppmode converter uses constants from opendivx.

i added UYVY->YV12 converter to rgb2rgb.c (btw why are yuv2yuv converters
there?), it should be optimized :)
btw i tried yuy2->yv12 and it seems to be broken, at least lower half of the
screen was darker. i didn't tried C version, but it should work as i cloned
uyvy from that.
