[MPlayer-dev-eng] Recent CVS versions don't compile under FreeBSD.

Hi,

MPlayer as of late doesn't compile here (FreeBSD, perhaps other BSD's?)
because of memalign(). It silently suggests this function is present (in
libmpdemux/video.c
dll_init.c
postproc/postprocess.c
libmpeg2/decode.c
dec_video.c
and what's funny it's #ifdef'ed in libvo/vo_vesa.c which doesn't work yet
under anything but Linux :-). A pity we haven't got this function but...
When replaced by malloc() everything compiles/runs nice.
