[MPlayer-dev-eng] DXR3/H+ Beta 1 patches, fixed and verified

Here are the beta1 patches for em8300(cvs) and mplayer(cvs) for MPlayer 
dxr3 audio/video playback. Read my first post regarding installation 
instructions.
If these patches doesn't patch against CVS I'm gonna hurt myself, 
because I have tested and verified them in every way I can come up with.
For those of you who want to be able to play back more than just 
mpeg-(1/2) read DOCS/DVB in mplayer and follow instruction "2." under 
"How to enable?".
I think the audio-out plugin is too slow to be able to playback with 
full a/v sync, but at least you won't get choppy audio anymore. (use the 
oss audio plugin or whatever if you want sync:ed playback).
Finally, if you don't want to modify your codecs.conf file you must add 
"-vc mpegpes" when playing mpeg-(1/2) (including vcd and dvd) or you 
won't get hw-accel, and "-vc odivx" to be able to play back divx-files. 
I'm gonna add support for all codecs supported by MPlayer (or as many as 
possible anyway), I'm expecting to release that patch during the weekend.
Prio-1 will of course to speed up the audio code so that playback gets 
sync:ed.
