i've completed the norwegian (no) one, and uploaded it to 
ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming. i'm reading the cvs log
mailing list, so i'll try to keep it up to date (unless the original
author is still around?).

i'm also attaching the changes as a patch.

keep up the _excelent_ work, and happy new year (have a
virtual beer on me :-)
