[MPlayer-dev-eng] Italian translation of the help_mp-en.h file

I put in "ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming" the italian 
translation of the 
help_mp-en.h file ( help_mp-it.h ). For the translation I 
used the original 
english file and the spanish translation. As supporting 
tool I used Kbabel 
and the PO compendium of Andrea Rizzi.
I am enthusiastic of Mplayer; at last there is a program 
for Linux which can 
play every type of video stream.
