Dunno, RV10 is a h263 variant too. Ask about it on the FFmpeg maillist,
specially Juanjo, i think, he's the h263 specialist or what (Arpi knows more
about the FFmpeg team).
Btw, RV10 encoder (or decoder??) is buggy. I encoded a stream with
mencoder/lavc RV10 but mplayer had troubles decoding it :(
Also i found some comments in libavcodec in the RV10 decoder:
"Implement this in encoder too", so i hope the encoder is buggy only.
Btw, you can test the capabilites with FFmpeg.
