Hi team,
	I pleased to announce the inception of the Codec Research
Institute:

I've been wanting to set this up for awhile now. It's simply a site that
discusses the practical, useful, technical details of codecs. So
far, I've only bothered to list items that I plan to update in the near
future. As always, feedback is welcome.
