[MPlayer-dev-eng] mplayer and installation

Hi,

Well, I posted a comment about the story in LinuxWorld, defending a bit about 
mplayer..

But I really think that the installation script should do:

1. copy (if it's not existed) the codecs.conf to the target installation 
directory (/usr/local/etc)

2. Check if /usr/local/lib (unless changed with --prefix= parameter) is 
available in /etc/ld.so.conf - and if not (and the --prefix hasnt been 
changed) - to add it.

3. run /sbin/ldconfig after installing.

Its for the end users, please ;)
