[MPlayer-dev-eng] ASF Streaming : patch not fully commited in cvs

	Hi,

it's seem that just a part of the patch is currently in cvs. I think asf_streaming.c have been not commited.
I don't have tried but I think it will not compile when streaming is enabled because declaration (in asf.h) and
implementation (in asf_stremaing) of the asf_streaming function don't match. It also probably not
needed to declare this function in asf.h. It's only used where it's implemented, in asf_streaming.c,
so we can make it static.
