[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] minor css, mandir, and configure stuff

 * Makefile: use a mandir setting, default to ${prefix}/man; this lets
   us override it for Debian for instance which uses /usr/share/man
   rather than /usr/man

 * configure: set _mtrr to no by default, is implied but not set like
   similar settings; if we're building w/ css but not dvdauth, we need
   -lcss

 * mencoder.c: If we HAVE_LIBCSS we need to include libmpdemux/dvdauth.h

Sorry for the application/octet-stream mime encoding but it's the only
way I know to force gnus to send mime as base64.
