[MPlayer-dev-eng] ASF Streaming : one patch more

	Hello !!!!!!!

 This one add the header parsing during the first request. This is then used to ask the streams
we want for the second request wich really start the "download". This patch also change
two static vars (audio_id,video_id) from mplayer.c to non static in order to be used
in asf_streaming.c when the users select a specific stream.

 PS : The cache still need a way to be filled a little before starting playing. This is really 
	REQUIERED when we play something from the network else most time the cache
	stay at 0% and isn't very useful (It help but not so much).
