[MPlayer-dev-eng] ASF Streaming patch : one more

Hello everybody !!!!

One patch more for the ASF streaming code. This one correct a bug in url.c that was preventing
a good port number parsing. Add a socket error check in connect2server (in network.c) as said
in the connect man page. And finnaly a fix in asf_streaming_start to check the http header writing
(I can't stand to have a read or write without any check).
Ah, and also I changed nop_streaming_read to don't display any message when it read 0 bytes
(can be pretty common with slow network) but when there is an error display it.
