[MPlayer-dev-eng] Fixed MS Video 1

Hi team,
	I fixed the problem with the MS Video 1 decoder, where the frame
was being torn. The decode was ending prematurely in some cases. I now
declare the Video 1 decoder perfect, until someone finds another problem
with it...:) That is to say, I am not aware of any outstanding issues in
the decoder. Jaf, have at it.

	I also updated etc/codecs.conf to reflect the fact that alex added
BGR32 support to msvidc.c.
