I believe I've read that the avi format can have multiple audio
streams, but I don't know how to do it with mencoder. What I've done
is dump one audio stream to a file with -ao pcm under mplayer and then
encode as mp3 and play it with -audiofile on mplayer. (ogg loses sync
with mplayer 1.0pre6a in my experience)
